
After some serious shopping yesterday involving label reading, aisle cruising, and a visit to the bulk flour section at Whole Foods -- the cupboards have now been reconfigured to accommodate:
THE ELIMINATION DIET!
Our first entree is the lovely - oats with blueberries, almond butter, nuts and dried fruit with almond milk. Oh yes, and green tea.
Oh dear. Mine was not nearly as successful - a watery oat bran concoction with cashews (color in the form of cranberries had to be scrapped due to that sly fox, evaporated cane juice, so the overall effect was quite... neutral).
ReplyDeleteI am enjoying what could be truly called just a fast - raw almonds, an apple and herbal tea - for the day. But, I will be more prepared tomorrow! I'm still very excited about getting the tar out of my system.
